Michelin-starred dining beneath the vaulted cellars of Cashel Palace. Celebrating Tipperary’s rich larder, seasonal table d’hôte and tasting menus are thoughtfully crafted to reflect the land, the heritage, and the rhythm of the seasons.

This year we will be hosting occasion lunch for

Valentine's Day - 14th of February
Mother's day - 15th of March
Easter Sunday - 5th of April
Father's Day - 21st of June

Three-course lunch menu served from 12.30pm–1.30pm. €75 per person plus 10% service charge.
